To make an appointment
Please submit a referral letter from your GP, psychologist, psychiatrist or treating doctor via email to info@drbncharles.co.za.
This applies to general consultations and for TMS/Ketamine.
Once a referral is received, it is reviewed and, where appropriate, an appointment offered via reception.
Please note that no text messages/WhatsApp messages/social media messages will be accepted.

No referrals by family members, unless the patient is a minor.
TMS discovery sessions
If your doctor has referred you specifically for TMS, Dr Charles offers a free 15-minute discovery session once suitability is agreed with your treating doctor.
Unlike a clinical assessment - it is a chance to see the machine, hear and feel what a session is like, ask questions, and have the costs and possible side effects explained before you decide anything.
